Autumn Ritual

Join apothe.ka for an intimate evening hosted by The Unrooted Studio owner, Chloe Coleman. This candlelit event will take you through autumn rituals that dive into the four main themes of the season: Shedding, finding comfort in the dark, gathering in and planting seeds for the year ahead. We will use a mix of seasonal practices with the support apothe.ka's mindfully selected candle, tea, and essential oil blend, along with meditative yogic techniques such as Kriya (Himalayan kundalini), mudra (energetic seals using the hands and eyes), mantra (Sanskrit phrases or sounds with frequencies) and pranayama (breathwork) to harness the power of the season. At the end of the event, you will go home with a Terra Roll On gift from apothe.ka to use at home in your personal practice.
